Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday in February, April, August, September, and November, 7:00pm, @ 4547 SW 96th, Beaverton

- April 1: Information to school newsletters.
- April 5, 12, 19, 26: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- May 3, 10: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- May 31: General registration closes.
- June 1: Late registration begins.
- June 1: Club and micro league registrations due to OYSA.
- June 1: AGC's initially identify teams & coaches to President, head coach, & field coordinator.
- June 16: Mandatory Coaches Meeting including practice field signup - 7:00 p.m. Old Market Pub. Board meeting preceding Coach's meeting - 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- June 28: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- July 5, 12, 19, 26: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- July 5 - 9: UK International Soccer Camp at Garden Home Park, 9am to 12pm or 3pm.
- July 5 - 9: AGCs present rosters to registrar. AGCs to notify coaches of team members after this date once cleared with the registrar & coaches' background check forms are received.
- July 10: UK International soccer clinics for coaches and goal keepers/strikers at Garden Home Park, 9am to 12pm.
- July 16: Notify THJSL of any practice field returns.
- July 18: BSC Coaches Clinic at OES
- July 19: Coaches begin to notify parents of rosters.
- July 25: BSC Coaches Clinic at OES
- July 30: Draft team information (U9-14) due to THJSL.
- August 1: Coaches to notify registrar of any tournaments selected for their team.
- August 2: Regular practices may begin for U9-U14.
- August 2-6: UK International Soccer camp at Garden Home Park, 9am to 12pm or 3pm.
- August 2: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- August 3: Team information and payment due to THJSL.
- August 7: UK International Soccer clinic for coaches and goal keeper/strikers at Garden Home Park, 9am to 12pm.
- August 8: BSC Coaches Clinic at OES
- August 11-13: Coaches Clinic at Garden Home Park, 5pm - 9pm.
- August 13: Bye requests and 2 team coach information due to THJSL.
- August 16: Regular practices may begin for U6, U7, & U8.
- August 25: BSC Coaches Clinic at OES
- September 9: First Game for U6.
- September 10: Late registration ends for U6 - U14.
- September 10: Coaches Game: 5:00 p.m. @ Garden Home Park and party afterwards at Old Market Pub.
- September 11: First games U7 - U14.
- September 14: Deadline for WHJSC to register teams for Kohl's American Cup.
- September 17: Last day to request a refund of registration fees.
- September 20, 27: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- September 23: U6 Team Photographs at Raleigh Hills Elementary; tentative.
- October 9: U7-14 Team Photographs at Whitford Middle School; tentative.
- October 12: Deadline for WHJSC to register teams for Bio Kleen Cup.
- October 16: Kohl's American Cup for U10-U14.
- October 17: Kohl's American Cup for U10-U14.
- October 4, 11, 18, 25: TOPS Soccer; 5-6pm at the Middleman Jewish Community Center
- October 28: Last games for U6.
- October 30: Last games for U7-9.
- October 31: Deadline for proposed bylaw changes to be posted on web site.
- November 13: Last games for U10-U14.
- November 13: Bio Kleen Cup.
- November 14: Bio Kleen Cup.
- November 14: Coaches Game at Montclair, 5pm. Party following at Lucky Lab. Equipment bags MUST be returned to AGCs.
- November 17: 7:00 p.m. Annual General Meeting at 4547 SW 96th, Beaverton.
