• Registration without late fees closes on June 16th, 2012 for U7 - U14.
• Registration for U9 - U14 completely closes Aug 8th, 2012
• Registration for U7 - U8 completely closes Aug 22nd, 2012

Recreational Soccer: Registration for Fall 2012 Recreational Soccer

One part of the registration process that cannot be completed online is the submission of a signed, medical release form. During the last step of the online registration process, you will be given the opportunity to download the medical release forms. If you missed that step and need to download the form and send it in, you can get it here: Medical Release Form (pdf)

Medical release forms should be taken to the first practice and given to the coach.

Team Placement Notification

As always, our club Age Group Coordinators (AGCs), who are responsible for team assignment, will do their best in accommodating teammate/coach requests. However, the club does not guarantee these requests as other factors may affect team placement.
